The Council of Governors (CoG) is a legal element of the CPG governance structure and aims to act as a link between CPG members and the Board of Directors.
It comprises eight staff members, four of which are employed in a non-managerial role, four community members including a volunteer member.
The Council of Governors meet every two months to discuss current topics and external affairs affecting the organisation. All meetings are chaired by the Lead Governor and are attended by the CPG Chair and the Chief Executive who provides the CoG with updates around organisational strategy and developments. The CPG Chair or an additional attending Non-Executive Directors provides feedback from their most recent service visits.
If you would like to contact any of the Governors please email CPG.COG@nhs.net
