The Friends and Family Test gives you, as service users, an opportunity to provide feedback on the service or organisation that is providing your care and recommending the service to those closest to you.
The Friends and Family Test was originally introduced in hospitals in 2013 and has since been expanded to other fields such as GP practices, community services and mental health services.
