Naila began working with Employability Services in April 2022 as she was looking to gain paid work within the Health & Social Care sector the
Gender Pay legislation requires all employers of more than 250 employees to publish their gender pay gap for workers. Gender Pay is the average difference between the pay of men and women working in an organisation.
Whilst the analysis below demonstrates that there is a slight gender pay gap in terms of mean gender pay, there is, however, no gender pay gap in terms of median pay. We will continue to build on and reinforce the organisations current approaches, actions and initiatives, including further embedding robust recruitment and selection processes and support for staff in career progression and development opportunities.
