‘A Step in the Right Direction’ is re-launching their Health Walk from St Michael’s Church, Great Coates in Grimsby on Thursday 1 October 2015 at the new time of 10.15 am – 12.00 pm.
This free weekly community walk is open to anyone to come along and join in to improve their health and fitness. This particular walk is adapted to suit each person’s needs whether they have a disability, mental health, learning disability or long term health concern. Everyone is made to feel very welcome as there are Walk Leaders there to greet and support each individual. The walk is also wheelchair friendly.
With the new partnerships, the Walk is being re-launched on Thursday 1 October 2015 at the new time of 10.15 am – 12.00 pm.
