Care Plus Group in collaboration with North East Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group worked speedily to open up a new facility, Cambridge Park, which provides residential and nursing care capacity in the community to alleviate demand on the local hospital in these unprecedented Covid-19 times.
To support the recruitment of staff for this critical development, Employability Services utilised their expertise to recruit 17 new employees for Cambridge Park. These roles ranged from cooks, housekeepers, administration and maintenance/gardener.
Jay Sadler, Operations Manager at Cambridge Park said: “Cambridge Park had the privilege of working in partnership with our Employability Services team to ensure safe and effective staffing levels for the kitchen, admin and housekeeping.
