Employability Services continue to ‘practice what they preach’ with regards to their commitment in promoting the three themes of the national ‘Talent for Care strategy’ “Get in”, “Get on” and “Go further” which are aimed to develop the health care support workforce.
Recently three Employability Support Officers have achieved their Level 4 NVQ diploma in Advice and Guidance and believe that gaining this qualification has given them more confidence in knowing that they are delivering a quality service to their caseload of Participants and Employers.
Within the last 12 months other Employability staff have achieved level 3 qualifications in Business Administration, Information, Advice and Guidance and Award in Education and Training.
This doesn’t stop here! Other staff continue to embrace the opportunity to work towards further learning including, HRCIPD level 3 and level 3 Advice and Guidance.
