Linda celebrates being offered a full-time role with Hales Home Care in Grimsby.

She has experience of supporting people within the Mental Health service and enjoys providing care and support to all age groups.  Linda wanted a role that would provide her with some variety and would enable her to support people in the Community.

When asked about her this experience, Linda said:

“I feel I have the necessary skills and experience to support people in their homes.  I just needed some support to express these skills correctly when applying for roles. I am really looking forward to making a difference”.

Annette Dray, Linda’s Employability Support Officer, said:

“Linda has lots of transferable skills and is passionate about supporting people and making a positive contribution to their lives.  This role will enable her to use her skills to support people effectively within the community”.
