Past, present and future apprentices get together for National Apprenticeship Week

This week is National Apprenticeship Week and Care Plus Group has planned a week of activity to celebrate the contribution apprentices make to the organisation.

Senior Managers at CPG are spending time as an ‘Apprentice for the Day’ in various services such as reception, Crisis Support, Intermediate Care at Home and The Beacon.

National Apprenticeship Week is co-ordinated by the National Apprenticeship Service and is designed to celebrate apprenticeships and traineeships and the positive impact they have on individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Care Plus Group recruits apprentices to a variety of roles and appreciates this way of recruiting staff as a good way to ‘grow our own’.

Pictured below are Care Plus Group Heads of Service and past, present and future apprentices.
