This is an exciting time to work within Intermediate Tier at Care Plus Group. Our provision includes the Community Urgent Care Team and IC@home who support individuals within the community, preventing avoidable admissions to hospital, assisting patients to meet their full potential and improve their ongoing quality of life. Equally, we offer a more intensive therapeutic approach within our new bed-based Enhanced Recovery Service based at Cambridge Park.
We are looking for enthusiastic staff to join our multi-disciplinary teams, who aim to provide a service that would be absolutely acceptable to our loved ones. Staff who are solution focused, with high standards embedded in everything they do. We are looking for individuals who will take true ownership of the job role, pride in the service they deliver and be ambassadors for our organisation.
We pride ourselves in encouraging and motivating our staff to be the best that they can be and, as such, the successful candidates would have the opportunity to work within the area that best meets their skills and experience. We would also welcome applications from individuals interested in a development post, who may not yet meet the full criteria for a specific role.
