Tracey Wilson – Journey to Success

Tracey’s determined attitude to succeed has gained her the ultimate reward of paid employment. Being very eager to return to paid employment, Tracey engaged with Employability Services on a volunteer placement to enhance her existing skills and rebuild the working structure into her daily routine.

Having a wealth of previous experience within Administration, Education and Freelance Photography, she was able to offer a lot of skills to future employers.

Having completed her time on an Employability placement at St Andrew’s Hospice as an Administration Assistant, Tracey was even more determined to get back into paid work. Due to this high motivation, she was supported to apply for a wide variety of job roles by her Employability Support Officer and eventually succeeded in gaining a job offer within Retail as a Customer Assistant.

Tracey states that she is very grateful for the help she received from her Employability Support Officer throughout her journey and is excited to be moving forward in paid work again.
