Remuneration £8,324 for approximately 3 days a month
We are seeking a candidate with experience of chairing committees/ boards and a keen interest in helping improve the lives and wellbeing of local people. We are an employee owned social enterprise with around 700 employees providing high quality health and social care services across North East Lincolnshire.

You must demonstrate effective communication, have the ability to influence and participate in key decisions, work as part of a senior team and develop positive relationships. You will also have the ability to challenge and scrutinise financial aspects of the organisation and contribute to the strategic direction. You will support performance improvements and promote our high standards of probity and governance. As part of your role you will initially be expected to chair the audit committee but then may be required to chair other committees.
