Care Plus Group is always looking to give opportunities for individuals who would like to Volunteer for the organisation.  We currently have volunteers within our Collaborative Services, End of Life Service, Day Opportunities and Hope Street Team and thrive on the contribution of our volunteers who support our services. As a volunteer within Care Plus Group you will:

  • Make a meaningful difference to the services users/patients we serve
  • Receive any necessary training for your role
  • Have a vital role in shaping what we do
  • Meet other volunteers and become part of the team.

Care Plus Employability provide work-based placements for people who are unemployed and disadvantaged by lack of qualifications or skills, within the labour market in North East Lincolnshire.

Suitable candidates will gain up to 26 weeks experience in one of a variety of host departments within Care Plus and other public sector organisations. We also support placements in the voluntary and private sectors – placement roles vary from administration, support workers, catering, receptionists, domestic, DIY, horticulture and IT support. Whilst on placement the participant can attend all in – house courses and other qualifications in their chosen occupational area. Support is also provided with CV building, completing application forms and interview techniques. References are also supplied for job applications and participants are eligible to apply for internal vacancies within the Trusts.
