The service incorporates the Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) the Intensive Support Team (IST), the Adult Learning Disability (ALD) Psychology Service and the Carers Support Service, based at the Queen Street Centre close to the centre of Grimsby.
The ALDS is for adults and young people in transition who have a learning disability, autism and/or complex needs, their families, carers and supporters.
We are proud to have signed up to the STOMP pledge. STOMP stands for stopping over medication of people with a learning disability, autism or both with psychotropic medicines.
