Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to gain employment?

While attending an Employability initiative, all Participants are supported throughout their journey by an Employability Support Officer and have access to accredited and non-accredited qualifications. Suitable Participants gain experience in one of a variety of host departments within Care Plus Group and other public sectors, additionally the service supports placements in the voluntary and private sector. Placement roles vary from administration, support workers, catering, receptionists, domestic, DIY, horticulture and IT support to name a few.

What support will you receive while attending an Employability initiative?

  • A dedicated Employability Support Officer throughout your placement journey
  • A placement mentor
  • Regular reviews to discuss progress and identify any additional training needs
  • Job search support including 1-1 job search, CV building, completing application forms and interview techniques
  • Access to training courses
  • Access to Care Plus Group job vacancies
  • Up to 3 months aftercare on completion
