If you, or a loved one, has been told that you have a terminal illness or life-limiting illness, you will be offered palliative care.
The aim of palliative care is to improve the quality of life of patients and families who experience complex problems as they face all of the challenges of a life limiting illness.
Our service is run in conjunction with St Andrew’s Hospice and Macmillan.
