I have worked in the community since 2006, I started as a community staff nurse and have progressed to become Nurse manager of the Immingham community Nursing team a post I have held for the past 3 years.
I enjoy all elements of my role as nurse manager including encouraging staff development, face to face visit with patients and helping with the development of the service.
Qualifications I have obtained during my community nursing career include BSc Hons autonomous practitioner, Post Graduate diploma specialist practitioner District nursing, and certificate at masters level Practice teacher.
I hope that my experience within the CPG as front line staff member and as a manager will aid my contribution as a staff governor.
