Kim had an extensive and successful career firstly within Local Government and then subsequently via her own company delivering professional advice and management consultancy solutions to a wide range of public sector organisations.
Whilst in local government; Kim worked initially in Environmental Health and then held a range of senior roles within Finance, Social Care and at the Corporate centre. Her consultancy business delivered bespoke support to local and national organisations and became particularly successful designing and developing new arrangements across health and social care.
For more than 30 years Kim has been active as an Independent Person, Panel Chair and Investigating Officer for Adults & Childrens Statutory Complaints processes and Safeguarding reviews.
Kim was born in Cleethorpes; still lives locally and is passionate about maintaining and developing public services and vibrant communities for North East Lincolnshire.
