Throughout my working life, I have always found myself in a caring role as it’s what I enjoy most. I started in school caring for a family friend and volunteered for The Rock Foundation. I then went on to do homecare for both the elderly and disabled adults. During this time I also completed my Business and Administration NVQ to further my knowledge.
I joined Care Plus Group in November 2017 within the Day services as a support worker. It was their visions and values that led to apply for the job because that’s something I shared. I now hope to continue within Care Plus group and to contribute to its future.
